How I lead

Content platform architecture.

I shape content models, taxonomy, and governance that make trusted expertise reusable across channels and ready for new ways people find it.

Editorial operations at scale.

I design the teams, decision rights, budgets, and cross-functional rhythms that keep complex content organizations delivering at scale.

Adaptable operating models.

I use automation and AI where they remove friction or extend access, without outsourcing editorial judgment. The goal is capacity teams can own, govern, and improve.

Growing people into ownership.

I coached a team of five senior editors into manager roles. I look for the work people are already drawn to, help them build the systems and visibility around it, and then advocate to formalize the role. That approach has grown editors into leaders of content standards, contributor strategy, and writer-payment operations.
